Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, has appealed Justice Binta Nyako's June 19 ruling at the Federal High Court Abuja challenging the court's jurisdiction over his trial, filed at the Court of Appeal in Abuja by his lead Counsel, Alloy Ejimakor.
