Supreme Court of Nigeria confirms BFI Group as preferred bidder for Africas largest Aluminium Smelting Plant.
The apex court for the 2nd time granted perpetual injuction on the sale of Alscon to any other party other than BFIG group Corporation USA .
In addition, the apex court awarded N10 million Naira each against BPE and DG BPE to be paid to BFIGroup with a 30-day jail sentence for DG BPE Alex Okoh.
