A 20-year-old man, Muhammad Salisu, had allegedly killed his father, Salisu Abubakar, with a machete in the Gwaram Local Government Area of Jigawa State.
Confirming the incident in a statement made available to journalists in Dutse, the state capital on Monday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Shi’isu Adam, said the incident occurred around 10 am in Bakin Kasuwa Quarters, Sara District.
