The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi State, has disclosed that it has launched an investigation into the death of a woman who allegedly died due to the negligence of its staff. The Head, Public Relations and Protocol Unit of the hospital, Usman Koli, disclosed this on Tuesday in a post via his official Facebook handle.
