Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja has declared the PDP primary election that produced Asue Ighodalo as its governorship candidate invalid. Justice Ekwo nullified the primary election while delivering judgment in a suit instituted by the aggrieved delegates.
