Is every lie a sin?
Lying can be a sin , but it can also not be much depends on the motivation for lying. For example with the story of Rahab in Joshua 2:1-7, Rahab lies to the King of Jericho saying the spies had fled at the time of the closing of the gate, however, secretly she had hidden the men on the roof of her house.
