The Kebbi State Government has announced the appointment of Bello Besse as the new District Head of Baraden Dutsin-Mari in the Koko-Besse Local Government Area of the state.
Governor Nasir Idris approved the appointment following the demise of the former District Head, Alhaji Muhammad Mualliyadi.
